1. Job Description: TEPS Center is a testing institute which develops and manages multiple English language assessment programs in Korea. The center is housed in 红桃视频. Among the tests developed by TEPS Center, the TEPS is a government-certified assessment, and has been used to evaluate the English skills of hundreds of thousands of Koreans every year since 1999. The responsibilities of the research scientist position include:
- a.Manage and analyze the data of assigned operational and research projects with accuracy and thorough attention to detail
- b.Work both independently and as a member of a team
- c.Learn new knowledge and acquire analytical skills quickly to solve operational problems whenever appropriate or necessary
2. Qualifications:
- a.A doctoral degree in educational assessment, psychometrics, statistics, or a closely related field is required
- b.Open rank
- c.Ability to use statistical and psychometric software packages (e.g., SAS, BILOG-MG, MULTILOG, R, FACETS, PARSCALE, etc.)
- d.2 or more years of experience in the testing field required
- e.Proficiency in English preferred
